My Story
My name is Nicole Brunson and I am a Springfield-based Virtual Assistant who provides remote administrative support to consultants, freelancers, and small business owners. With over 10 years of experience providing executive administrative support, I have had the opportunity to work both for, and with, small business owners.
During my earlier years, I witnessed some underlying similarities between many owners who preferred the solo act route in place of hiring help. Many were overworked clocking 16+ hour work days, 6 days a week and spending very little time with their families. Needless to say, many experienced burnouts.
Fast forward many years later, I created Extra Hours with the intent of giving my clients the breathing room to work "on" their business while someone works "in" their business without the strain to their bottom line.
My clients enjoy the flexibility of working with a trusted and reliable assistant at their convenience.
